Our fitness program is designed to assist all clients, regardless of fitness levels, achieve healthier and more active lifestyles. It has also been designed to help make the transition from client to independent gym participant smooth.
The PTX5 Personal Training program is an established 6 week program:

Six sessions –1x/wk. for 6 weeks, or 2x/week for 3 weeks

Twelve sessions – 2x/week for 6 weeks
Our session rates are the following:
(All Sessions are an stablished 6-Week Training Program. Group Sessions are 2-3 people. Rates are subject to change. Some restrictions may apply.)
-Option 1: Paid Same-Day Sessions:
• (1) individual session ($49/session)
• (1) group session ($25/session)
-Option 2: Pre-Paid Sessions:
• (6) individual sessions ($39/session) - $234
• (6) group sessions ($20/session) - $120
• (12) individual sessions ($39/session) - $468
• (12) group sessions ($20/session) - $240
Personal Training is just one of the PTX5 services we offer at Apex Chiropractic. PTX5 is a combination of five services to meet your needs for overall health:

The services go hand in hand with each other to help speed your recovery as well as balance and maintain your health. Each service, with the exception of Advanced Rehab used with Chiropractic care, can be used in conjunction with the others or as a single service.
